What therapies do you use and what kind of difficulties do you help people with?

Integrative Counselling draws on techniques from different types of therapy and brings together an approach that is specific for each person. Holistic Therapy takes into account the body and the whole person. It focuses on the relationship between the mind, body and spirit. Intercultural Therapy draws on the importance of race, culture, beliefs, religion, language and the impact of racism.

I work with a range of issues such as; mental health, trauma, bereavement, self esteem, identity, culture, religion, sexuality, emotional abuse, sexual abuse, adoption, eating disorders, self harm, suicide and domestic violence.
