Working with clients that have posture related issues often caused by desk work, the more physically active with specific injuries, athletes and those who would simply like time-out for themselves to relax deeply.
Sport has always been an integral part of my life as I played handball professionally for many years so understand the role regular bodywork plays in the prevention of injuries and recovery.

I use a range of techniques, depending on what is most appropriate to help you, assessing what might be the cause of your discomfort, and addressing this in the treatment as well as the symptoms. I also offer advice to help you resolve your issues, reducing the chance of concerns recurring.
