Can you tell us a bit about your background?
Hi, I’m Kiran, founder of 3e Holistic Health, a physiotherapy service based in North and East London. Our goal is to provide bespoke

culturally sensitive physiotherapy treatment to all. I am a qualified physiotherapist (MSc) and Sports Therapist (BSc Hons) with experience working in the NHS in both hospital and community settings.

I have worked within different sports teams as both a physiotherapist and a sports coach with the aim of building on existing foundations. Alongside this, I utilise my own injury and health experiences to understand the emotions that arise when navigating these changes and make sure to incorporate this within our sessions.

What would it be like to meet you?
When we first meet I will take the time to understand your previous health conditions/injuries and your experiences within healthcare. We will discuss any current issues/pain you are experiencing and their  presentation. I will also take the time to understand your learning, language and cultural needs.

Following this, an objective assessment will be completed which includes testing your range of motion and strength to help identify any areas of discomfort or weaknesses, which will help guide your treatment plan. Once this has been established, we will formulate goals you would like to achieve to make your plan tailored to you.

I will be here to provide a positive, reassuring attitude to help you with navigating the new changes, keep you on track with your progress and make sure you acknowledge and celebrate the positive changes along the way!

What therapies do you use and what kind of difficulties do you help people with?
I provide a holistic approach which uses a combination of exercise prescription, education, massage and self-management. I want you to be able to re-use what you learn for possible future difficulties that may occur so you don’t have to rely on anyone else but yourself.

I have previously worked with athletes who have sustained injuries such as, but not exclusive to, ankle sprains, shoulder injuries, lower back pain and groin injuries. Alongside injury rehabilitation I have worked with clients who live with an array of health conditions such as stroke, heart disease, COPD, asthma and help them take back control and successfully manage both their good and bad days.
